Three laps of the following course
- 250 metre swim in the protected waters of the harbour.
- 6km cycle - shortened version of the usual circuit taking in the new Hogbin Drive extension.
- 2km run - shortened version of the usual run from transition out along the jetty, along Jordan Esplanade and back.
This is basically three short triathlons run back-to-back. Guaranteed to
